Considering this line of business in Houston area

John,

I have looked into the Filta Fry concept and after allot of research, it sounds like the Franchise stands the only thing to gain. I am interested on the servicing end of it and what you think would be my best approach if I did get into this industry? I have cash on hand and would be able to start off immediately with 7-10 locations that a friend of mine owns as a bar and grill owner. I like that you have obviously found a way to sustain a profitable business.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
