IslandTime Treasures Brings Funshine to the Motor City

IslandTime Treasures Opens Another Michigan Location

IslandTime Treasures, the worlds most unique child edutainment business continues to expand into Michigan by opening a second location in the state within a few short weeks. Vivian Stout-Murphy located in Detroit the “Motor City“, is the newest dealer from Michigan to join the growing IslandTime family.

As a retired teacher, Vivian is eager to bring the IslandTime Treasures “Connecting STEM through Art” after-school program to the kids and families of inner city Detroit. IslandTime Treasures after-school and project programs combine science, engineering, and math – which is learned through an engaging hands-on ART project.

IslandTime Treasures Co-founder and CEO Lonnie Helgerson, CFE stated “The Detroit area is a great market for IslandTime Treasures and our education programs. Nowhere has there been more cuts in school funding and education than in Detroit. We are extremely excited to bring needed education to the families of that area.”

In January, IslandTime announced a new dealer program with a turn-key business startup package for just $2,995. In addition, dealers have no franchise fees, royalties, territory restrictions, or long-term contracts.
