The Franchise Owner's most trusted news source
Dallas-based multi brand franchising company Brix Holdings, LLC announced yesterday the promotion of Craig Erlich to president. Erlich will oversee Brix's portfolio of franchise brands, which include franchisors Red Mango, Smoothie Factory, Souper Salad and RedBrick Pizza.
Erlich began his career with Brix in March, 2013 as director of operations for Red Mango. He became chief operating officer for its other brands. Before Brix, Erlich was an executive for CVS Pharmacy and specialty retailer Joanne's. At Brix, Erlich established franchisee advisory groups; launched Fresh Made to Order Juices at Red Mango and Smoothie Factory, and initiated store reimagings for Red Mango, Smoothie Factory, RedBrick Pizza, and Souper Salad. He also positioned Brix's brand concepts for mass distribution with Crest Foods and the Nestle Toll House Café by Chip.
"Craig has done a terrific job of managing each of the brands over the past three years. As president, Craig will be in a better position to coordinate all of the resources of the company to achieve its growth objectives and to better support its franchisees," said Brown.
"I look forward to leading Brix Holdings to new levels of growth with the launch of fresh store prototypes and programs to drive sales," said Erlich. "I will continue to remain in close touch with our franchisees and support them in their growth and development."
